Kia sorento 2006. Diesel fuel tank delamination. car loses power. Is there a TSB regarding this

delamination of diesel fuel tank on Kia Sorento 2006. Lining of fuel tank comes off and blocks fuel flow. Car loses power. I have read that this is a common problem. Is there a TSB reagrding this or was there a recall on these motors?
