p0481 buick Rendezvous

Question

I have replaced the temperature sensor on my 2002 Rendezvous. I have checked the fuses and changed out the relays. I have cleared the code on my scanner but the code will come back. The fans come on at over 103 degrees centigrade. Need to find out how to repair and eliminate the code. Have recently replaced both heard gaskets and had valve job done
