where can i find the cooling fan circuit sensor on a mazda 2001 mpv code p0481

Question

My dash is showing Brake light and ABS light on and the scanner is showing a P 0481 code but before this I already had my Check engine light on for already six months but i had that checked already and it turns out to be an oxygen sensor which the code was P 0037. Can you tell me where to start and how to find this parts that needs to be replace? I really appreciate your advice, thanks.

P0481 Cooling fan relay malfunction

P0037 H20S circuit low (rear RH)

When the brake light comes on ,due to a brake problem the ABS system is disabled, So start with a brake inspection, As for the P0481 There is a TSB about this TSB 01-006/03 what happens is the cooling fan is operating without PCM controls, The cooling fan relays is at the left side engine at the fuse box it is listed as cooling fan relay.
