Jeep code P0301

Question

The first thing I am checking is my spark plugs. But the I've placed fuel injector cleaner in my tank already to see if that helps. How expensive and how hard is this going to be if I have to go passed it?

P0301 Misfire number 1 cylinder

P0304 Misfire number 4 cylinder

You may just have to replace the ignition coil, or if you want swap out the ingition coil with a known working cylinder if the misfire moves the igntion coil would be at fault.
