Question

i put new o2 oxygen sensor bank 1 and also check ecm are good so i guess cataylis convertor is bad?

P0141 -02 sensor heater performance

The is for Bank 1 Sensor 2, Being sensor 2 this make it the downstream 02 sensor , The code condition you have is for the heater circuit of the 02 sensor not the catalytic convertor, you may just have a failed 02 sensor

 

 Here is a P0141 which is the downstream sensor or the catalytic monitor sensor, If the heater circuit of the 02 sensor has power, the 02 sensor is non operational.
