98 Honda Civic Engine change getting P0135 and P0141

Question

I changed the motor in my 98 Honda civic. Upon starting I got codes P0135 an P0141. Erased they came back. Didn't figure it's likely for both O2 sensor heaters to be gone at the same time so I'm looking for a fuse or breaker to reset. Anyone have a clue what fuse or breaker to check and where it is located?

The only common that these 02 sensor have is fuse 15 which is the alternator and the SP sensor this is  7.5 amp fuse listed under dash as fuse 15, Now this also depends on what type of Honda you have the CX ,EX ,DX, it a under dash fuse as for the location it differs
