well I started out by checking my ignition coil to see if it had fire then I was moving the air box around and then when I went to go crank up again it started running really rough and then it gave me the trouble code p1193

P1193 Inlet air temperature  (IAT)sensor voltage high

Even if you disconnected the IAT and left it disconnected , you would not  feel any different with the vehicle perfromance. It would take a PCM and its CK ENG LT to inform you that the  IAT is disconnected. The IAT is not capable of making the engine run rough. This rough idle may have something to do with the ignition coil such as a wrong firing order.Check the firing order.
