would a P1495 code cause rough running?

1999 Town and country. shows a P0200 code at the same time. Runs very rough. No other codes.

The P0200 could be the culprit. This points to an issue with the fuel injector circuit. If there is a problem with the injectors working properly, then it's going to run rough.
