Running rough condition, check for any code condition that are stored that would be a good indication of what the cause is from, running rough are more of a misfire condition

 

 Here is a sparkplug from a Lincoln Navigator, what happen here was a misfire code, where the heater hose leaked coolant into the spakplug well, creating the misfire condition. A full tune up with a change of sparkplugs and 1 ignition coil fixed the issue
