P0730 acura mdx 2001 what is the code and how do i fix it

I have a acura mdx 2001 and it is throwing the code P0730 and it shifts hard between 2nd and 3rd gears other then that it shifts just fine. Is this a easy fix?

P0730 Problem in shift condtrol system

The problem with this code condition is that it may just be the whole transmission that need to be rebuilt, what happens is the shift solenoid or the hydralic pressure is to low.
