P1781 Dodge intrepid 2.7 code, what does it mean ,cant find it in book

MY 2000 DODGE INTREPID IS SHOWING CODES P1781,P1738, AND P0740 . WHAT could it be , pulled out of driveway went about 20 yards and car just shut off and will not restart it does turn over " think maybe the timing chain broke , but codes say torque clutch out of range . please help
