P0300 -the engine block light flashes only when I'm doing over 60mph

Question

It doesn't flash all the time (when I'm going over 60) but when it does, it stops flashing when I drop below 60mph. It then shows the 0300 code. It seams to run fine though.

P0300 Random misfire

When the CK ENG LT flashes this is more ignition related, at 60 mph or 55 mph is when the engine is at its optimun.Sparkplug wire and sparkplug may just be the fix.
