Check engine light only comes on when driving over 30kph not on initial startup

Check engine light came on at 0.2kms 1.2kms 1.6kms after cleaning mass flow sensor but engine stops immediatly when sensor is disconnected

Are you setting a MAF sensor code, this MAF is a hot wire MAF. Disconecting to determine if the MAF is fauly is not a valid test at its circuit are circuit to the fuel pump. your just shutting down the fuel pump, At the MAF air duct check along the its duct for an opens or crack that can lead to a MAF code. Some of the Echo engine has a timing belt as well as a timing chain if this is timing belt that has to be ruled out
