When trying to scan wait to start light flashes three times then stays on for 5 sevonds

Wts light flashes one time really fast then 2 more times then stays on for like 5 seconds

The wait to start lamp is independent of the glow plug relay ,When the wait to start light goes off then the engine is ready to start, The on time varys from 1 seconds to 120 seconds.On some make and year moduel the DTC can be shared between module if this is the case here you code would be 12.Which would indicate problem in the air bag system,or Rear anti lock brake system.
