2002 Dodge Dakota V6, # 6 cylinder's OBD2 code P0306 misfire, how do I correct?

I would start by replaceing or checking the spark plug and the spark plug wire on #6. You should also check for an intake manifold gasket leak as well. If this all looks good then the next step shhould be checking engine compression to make sure #6 is in good shape.
