P0302 Dodge - Changed plugs Now more issues

Question

P0302 and rough idle on Dodge Grand Caravan 2005 began. changed spark plug and had trouble putting new one in tried to re thread but the fished still had rough idle.. took to midas and the took out the rethread and did it again and said it was done wrong. took it home and now it is worse and have now gotten a second code of P2097..

1 What else could be the problem?
2 do i need a new head to fix this?
