P0302 Jeep -changed the plugs and coils and lifter and fuel injectors and still get the code

Question

I have changed the coil and plug, and injector, lifter, still get the code, and when it is cleared comes back fast, the motor runs perfect with no hard starts or lose of power

Rule out a mechanical condition the best way is with a cylinder leaddown test.Using a compression test will miss the mark a crack between the intake valve and the exhuast valve show up better with a cylinder leak down test
