Subaru liberty 2008 premium 2.5 sports wont start, and gives me error code P0638, how to fix it?

My car won't start, seems like it's had a flat battery, but when I jump start it runs again, battery is brand new
The only error code I got is PO638

Vehicle: subaru liberty 2008 2.5i premium sports

Low battery condition , will cause all type of code condition, This can be due to the battery being low.
