is this why my truck wont go forward just back wards? is the code P0730 causing this?

My truck won't go forward when I put it into drive but it will go back when I put it in reverse? Is the knock sensor the cause of it not going forward?

The knock sensor will not cause this condition. What the knock sensor does is to adjust timing to prevent knock noise. What you have is more of a transmission issue. which would be with the transmission.
