Why won't the code go away

Question

I replaced the camshaft sensors( both) and I checked the wiring no open wires or anything. My battery is dead but starts with a jump. And my starter is brand new. Could you help me solve this issue. I do have a hole in my timing belt. Would that cause the code to come back. It didn't skip time or anything.

What is the code that is set this would help determine what is the cause, Depending on the code that is set you test the terminal 1 and 3 for voltage, if there is none it the ECM, but all this depends on the code that is set.
