P0344 / P0340 Camshaft position sensor A circuit intermittent

You have charging system problem.  If one of the diode of the alternator is bad , or a open phase in the alternator you definetly will set a P0344 and a P0340 code condition. Replacing the cam position and you still have the code, Replace the alternator. Ford also put out a TSB about this condition TSB # 06-19-12 This is about a charging system that causes P0340 and P0344 to set.
