This condition you have is still under the reprogram , If you are interested on what the reprogram cover here a sample of what coved, even if they reprogram was done , it may not have taken , you also have a Recall for the ABS module Recall # 18-014-09A. If the reprogram did not work you are going to need a ECM in this diagram the cam and the APP share a 5 volts reference S103 a faulty APP sensor can play a role in here,
