p0688 and p0685 codes ahow up on car but wont start

P0688 Dodge - I have a 2011 dodge avenger iget power on the inside of the car but get nothing no sound or anything when I turn the key. I get a couple codes showing (p0685 and 0688) wondering what the problem might be
