2000 Mercedes s 430 airmatic problems

Question

I have a 2000 mercedes s 430 driving home my suspension on rear went down it har air struts all around the front was up so I jack up the car and notice a small 5 in. Bracket broke off the air ride level sensor I was wondering would that be the problem it went down I'm not sure can I get some help airmatic pump I hear it come on but the rear won't go up I think it's rare that both rear sturts would go out at the same time it has a new mercedes air pump ??? Both side can go out when one of the air hose gets disconnected, If you can safely jack the car up (properly) using a jack stand and reattach the hose and fix the braket , then lower the car with all wheel on the ground and start the vehicle ,it should go back up.
