What can I do to fix po174 problems on A 2004 Chevy S 10 Blazer

P0174 fuel trim too lean bank 2

causes are vacuum leaks,look for vacuum leaks at or around the bank 2 (bank 2 is where sparkplug 2 is at). Also the most common of a lean fuel trim especially on one side of the bank is worn  sparkplugs,a worn out sparkplug will cause a lean combustion.which can set this code, so inspection for a tune up is needed.I also have to mention that injector that are partially plug can cause lean condition,Almost all cases I see for P0174 and P0172 is tune up related.
