P0661 Honda - does the battery have any thing too with this valve

How much would this cost to be fixed. Is there a recall for Hondas with this problem2006

This had nothing to do with the battery, there is no recall for this issues.

The intake runner control is most likely stuck due to carbon built-up.

might need to be cleaned or replaced

see picture below, not sure if they sell it separately but it does come off, if it does not sold separately the intake manifold is $500 or so
