P0661 Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) Valve Position Sensor Circuit Low Voltage

Vacuum control solenoid may be faulty. When the engine starts, a vacuum is applied to close the valve. When the solenoid is energized, it shuts off and dumps the vacuum to the valve.
