P2098 Volkswagen -

Question

I have P2098 & P2096, what will cause this to happen for both banks of the engine @ the same time.car has 113,160mi and has had some other repairs possibly to the air injection system,and a alternator replaced.

P2096 Post fuel trim system too lean (Bank 1)

Check for vacuum leak especialy at the oil dipstick funnel.and the PCV system,
