2010 F150 4.6L CEL on with p2098 code, where to start and possible causes?

CEL is constant on with P2098 code. Engine seems to run fine. What is the probable cause and what is the most logical order of things to check? Thank you in advance.

P2098 Post catalyst fuel trim system too lean Bank 2

This code condition is for the downstream 02 sensor or catalytic monitor sensor, The part of the sensor that has failed is the heater circuit. It is advisable that both downstream 02 sensor be replaced There was also a TSB that was issued for the catalyts sensor being revised. TSB # 12-7-9. The catalytic monitor 02 sensor does not produce any drivabilty problem .If you replace the 02 sensor with OEM make it a hobby in replacing.
