What is the most likely failure causing the "P1450" error code (2008 Ford Escape Hybrid).

Loud vaccum sounds occur when fuel cap is removed for refueling.

Vehicle: Ford 2008 Escape Hybrid

The EVAP system will have to be checked there is most likely a blockage or a solenoid  is stuck which is not letting the built up fuel pressure though.
