What could be happening with a 2014 Ford Escape 1.6L that registers the P1450 code?

My ford escape does not start right away after gas fill up. I have had o2 sensor replaced less than five days ago and a fuel pressure valve replaced yesterday. Car still will not start up right away only after fill up but runs fine after. My check engine light came on today once again.

The most common cause for this code is a leaking vent control valve. But, with the not starting after you may actually have an issue with the purge control valve sticking open.
