P1450 FORD - 2010 ford escape stalls at stop signs and rough idle

P1450  Unable to bleed up fuel tank vacuum,

P1450 is dealing with EVAP,if you get this code you may have a hard time filling up at a gas station, This wont cause rough idle unless it is purging liquid fuel into the intake, can you clear this code,and see what else may code up.
