Battery is good but it is not starting

Mercedes Benz battery and starter is in good condition in cluster all lights are glowing if i turned the key its not cranking .its 1997 model e210

Ignition switch , this is the ignition switch , if the starter is in good shape and so is the battery this leaves you with the ignition switch ,MBZ has produced a TSB about this condition TSB # DDAF80 57-U-6401A what this explain is replace the ignition switch ,
