Starter cut relay is location-Have checked all fuse boxes, but no luck-Car will not crank

Question

I had blown the battery fuse earlier when trying to jump start. Have replaced the battery fuse.
All accessories work fine but the engine will not crank. I have followed up with other suggestions but am unable to locate the starter cut relay. Have checked all fuse and relay boxes. The car manual is useless as it does not show it unless it is labelled differently.
Any help would be appreciated.
