1997 Saturn PO141 code

Question

We used the scan tool last weekend and were given a code of PO141. We replaced the sensor on the front of the engine. a few days later the check engine light is on again. The scanner reads the same code. Is there another sensor this may be referring to? or is there something we are not aware of, a way to reset or........? Any info out there?

Hi there

This code is for the O2 sensor AFTER the catalytic converter. If you replaced the one before the converter then you have replaced the wrong one. Here is some more info on the code for you.
