P1441 Evaporative emission control system leak

P0141 mainly mean a open heater circuit , Bank 1 is where cylinder 1 is located, being sensor 2 this would make it the catalytic monitor sensor or the downstream 02 sensor. When a 02 sensor goes open it more of a failed or worn 02 sensor. P1441 this is the EVAP system . one of the common leak area would be at the fuel fill tube, check where is bends and connect to the fuel tank.

 Here on a Ford, where the fuel fill tube is at check at and around that area here this filler tube is torn at the bend.
