P0170 Fuel trim lean Bank 1

P0136 02 sensor circuit malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 2

P0141 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 2

When a 02 sensor ages it degrades due to mileage and use, so at so many miles and use you can expect this component to wear out. Replacing the rear  02 sensor will not fix P0170, P0170 is a lean condition this is where you have more air than fuel, Vacuum leaks are the main cause for a lean condition, so vacuum leaks has to be look for.
