I got the engine code P0102 on my GM 4.3L Vortec

Hi there,

This code is for the mass air flow sensor, in most cases check for power to the sensor. If it has power, then it's likely the sensor is no good. Many times if you remove the sensor you will find burn marks where the wire burns out.
