2005 Jaguar XK8 cannot put fuel in the car and I got the engine code P0450, help!

This is an evap code. usually with the symptoms of not being able to fuel the car it indicates there is a problem with the vent control valve on the charcoal canister or an issue with the purge control valve. The code is basically for the pressure sensor, but since you can't fill it up, the sensor likely isn't the problem. The code is a side effect of the real issue.
