What do i have to check its giving me the code p0134 and p1157? Or what should i change?

My car has codes p0134 and p1157 popping out randomly at times the engine light comes on and then out of no where it disappears.. Please help i dont know what to check or what to buy to fix this problem.. All i know is that its the Air/fuel ratio sensor and o2 sensor but would i have to change both or just one? And if just one which one..

P0134 Air / Fuel ratio Sensor 1 heater system malfunction

P1157 Air / Fuel ratio sensor 1 Line high voltage

Both these code just represent just the front A / F sensor (refferred to as a 02 sensor) This is the front A/F sensor
