2009 Buick Lucerne Check Engine Light

Question

How do I get a copy of the program, for my BUICK LUCERNE 2009, to scan and rest the computer to a car mechanic in a country where there is no BUICK dealership so my car can be serviced/repaired????

So to recap! I need to get a system analysis program and rest program to my mechanic so he can analyse the problem, fix it and reprogram the onboard computer to the changes in Bosnia & Herzegovina.

This depends on what you are going to do , are you saying you want to reprogram the ECM?
