P1135 2001 Toyota Avalon

Question

My Engine light, VSC, & VSC Off lights all came on. I checked the code and it says P1135 what do I need to do to repair this and what should the cost be?

P1135 A / F (airflow) sensor heater circuit (Bank1 Sensor1)

This is for the upstrean known as a 02 sensor, when a CK ENG LT  comes on the VSC and ABS (if equipt) are disabled, this is for safety reason that Toyota has incorporated. This code is more of a failed 02 sensor , as for the cost it varies by brand
