P1135 Toyota -

Replaced both left and right AFM sensors!

Check engine light comes right back on shortly after clearing P1135 code!

Any suggestions how to proceed?

Is there a ECM fuse?

P1135 A / F Sensor heater circuit malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 1

This is for A / F sensor which is also called a 02 sensor being sensor 1 make this the upstream or engine monitor sensor, There is a fuse for this and relay for this the fuse is located in the engine fuse box listed as A / F and EFI 1. you would need to check on those fuse.
