How do I read a code reader on 1995 town car OBD2.?

What is my 1995 Town Car 4.6 engine specs suppose to be? I want to tune up the engine.

Vehicle: 1995 Lincoln Town Car 4.6

The 1995 is considered OBD1 , these where considered a hybrid OBD2 , there is a OBD 2 port located underneath the instrument panel, For a tune up the sparkplug should be OEM motocraft, AWSF-32PP use the underhood decal for sparkplug gap.
