Is it possible reading a cars total kilometers by OBDII (i.g. using Elm237) ?

I need some information about the cars traveled distance.

Is there any way to get it?

Depends on the car make. Some makes save the information in the ECM and others in the odometer, and some will let you access the information and other don't.
