P0778 Subaru - trans in limp mode but worked before engine build?

just had an engine build and now i have this code and the transmission is in limp mode, the trans wasnt touched so what could cause this?

Hi there,

This code points to a problem with the pressure control solenoid. It's possible something got disconnected when you had the engine out of the car. I suggest double check your wiring. Here is some more info regarding this code.
