Gear selector is in park/neutral truck in limp mode what do i do?

Automatic trannyTruck goes into first gear 2nd gear manually in drive i get nothing until i reach 3500rpm and if you full open throttle i think its giving me 3rd idk wat to do i can hear a little rattle sound and the truck shimmys a little when not in park
