wil a canadian 1998 dodge 1500 pickup pass inspection with a 0443 code and engine light on my scanner says its n/a

If the CK ENG LT on then it will not pass inspection. What can set this code is mostly the vacuum connection it its vacuum line is somehow disconnected or no vacuum to the purge valve. so that should be look at
