Hi there,

Even though the solenoid is clicking, you may have an issue with the vacuum switch inside the solenoid leaking vacuum. You need to put a vacuum pump on the solenoid and make sure it holds vacuum until you power it up. If it's not holding vacuum then you will get this code. If it is, then you need to check the pressure sensor. If the sensors voltage isn't changing then the computer will be fooled into thinking your solenoid is no good.
