When was the last time you replaced the oil? if it was over 4k miles ago, replace your oil and filter. Use a good oil like Mobil 1, Pennzoil ultra or platinum

- Engine oil dirty

- Incorrect engine viscosity

- Crankshaft position sensor circuit is open or shorted

- Camshaft position sensor circuit is open or shorted

- Faulty crankshaft position sensor

- Faulty camshaft position sensor
